1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. Subscriptions are intended as a gift or service for girls ages 9 to 12, and are purchased and managed by an adult parent, guardian, or gift giver.

2. Subscription services

The Confident Tween Letter Club offers prepaid subscription plans that deliver letters and related materials to the recipient address you provide. By subscribing, you authorize us to ship the agreed-upon items to the designated address on a recurring schedule based on the plan you select.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
  • Prepaid subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, or annual) are non-renewing and end at the conclusion of the term.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address and payment information up to date.
3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. For recurring subscriptions, your payment method will be billed automatically on the renewal date until you cancel. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout where required.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at Michele@theconfidenttweenletterclub.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the first letter has shipped.
  • Refunds for individual letters will not be issued, but we will gladly replace any item lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refund requests for special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Shipping and delivery

Letters are shipped on a regular monthly schedule. Delivery times may vary based on your location and postal service performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances. If a letter is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website and within our letters, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of The Confident Tween Letter Club and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission. Personal enjoyment by the recipient and her family is, of course, encouraged.
