Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Confident Tween Letter Club website and subscription services. By subscribing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Our subscription service is intended for purchase by adults aged 18 and over on behalf of girls ages 9 to 12. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Subscription plans and billing

We offer three subscription plans: a 3-month plan billed at $54, a 6-month plan billed at $102, and a 12-month annual plan billed at $192. All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States.

Payment is collected in full at the time of subscription. Your subscription does not auto-renew. At the end of your chosen plan term, you will have the option to renew, you will never be billed again without your explicit consent.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Michele@theconfidenttweenletterclub.com our business email address.

When you cancel, remaining letters in your chosen plan will be mailed as scheduled. There is no further billing after cancellation. She keeps every letter she has already received, always.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for letters already shipped.

4. Refund policy

Because each letter is personally prepared and shipped just for your girl, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

That said, your experience matters to us. If a letter arrives damaged, gets lost in the mail, or something isn't right, please reach out at: Michele@theconfidenttweenletterclub.com.

I will do everything I can to make it right, whether that means resending your letter or finding another solution.

You can cancel a subscription plan at any time. Any letters remaining in your plan will still ship as scheduled, you won't be billed again, and your girl keeps every letter she's received.

Damaged deliveries are replaced at no charge. Missing deliveries will be verified by our tracking system and reviewed on an individual basis upon written request.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the The Confident Tween Letter Club website and in our subscription deliveries, including but not limited to text, illustrations, character designs, letter content, activity materials, and brand assets, is the original intellectual property of The Confident Tween Letter Club and is protected by copyright law.

Subscription materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual subscriber and recipient only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any of our materials without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Confident Tween Letter Club is a confidence-building and connection program. It is not a therapeutic, clinical, or mental health service and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. The content of our letters and materials is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

If your daughter is experiencing significant mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek the support of a qualified mental health professional.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Confident Tween Letter Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription plan.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clermont County, Ohio.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
