However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.

- Coaching sessions will be fully refunded if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Group programs are refundable up to 7 days before the program start date. After the program begins, refunds are not available.

The Confident Tween provides coaching, mentoring, and educational resources. Our services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you or your child is experiencing a mental health crisis or requires clinical care, please consult a licensed professional.
