It is not a form of medical therapy, clinical treatment, or mental health service, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health care. If my daughter has significant mental health concerns, I will seek the guidance of a qualified professional.

I understand the cancellation policy: if I cancel my subscription, remaining letters in my chosen plan will be mailed as scheduled. There is no further billing after cancellation. She keeps every letter she has already received.
