When will the first letter arrive?
Her first welcome letter will be mailed within 5-7 business days of receipt of order/payment. Thereafter, each letter will be mailed out on the 25th of the following month and based on your length of subscription.
Is this really age-appropriate for 9–12 year olds?
Absolutely. Every item is thoughtfully curated for tween girls — written in language they connect with and focused on the real challenges they face at this age.
Can I cancel or change my gift later?
Gift subscriptions are paid up front and don't auto-renew, so there's no surprise charges. You can extend the gift anytime if she falls in love with it (and she will!).
Will she know it's from me?
Absolutely! Your personal gift message is included in her first Welcome Letter (you must fill out the additional form). She will know exactly who sent it. 
Do I need to manage anything after I purchase?
Not a thing! Once you complete your purchase, the deliveries ship automatically every month for the duration of your chosen plan. You do not need to do anything else-except to hear about the smile on her face.
Can I gift it to someone outside the US?
