Our workshops are designed specifically for girls ages 9–12 — the sweet spot of the tween years when girls need this kind of support most.
How long is each workshop?
Most in-person workshops run 2–3 hours, with some half-day and full-day options available. Specific times are listed on the calendar.
Does my daughter need to come with a friend?
Not at all! Many girls come solo and leave with new friends. We intentionally create a warm, welcoming environment from minute one.
What if she's shy or anxious?
