Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Confident Tween Letter Club! This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed and delivered. By placing an order on The Confident Tween Letter Club,  you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. For some of our items, we use a third-party provider. While we choose our vendors very carefully, we have no control over their fulfillment schedules. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Please remember, we cannot guarantee shipping times from our third-party providers.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier issues, or postal service disruptions.

Subscription Letter Fulfillment
The Confident Tween Letter Club subscription letters are mailed on a recurring monthly schedule. A Welcome Letter is sent within 3-5 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Monthly Letters are typically shipped on the 25th of each month and should arrive within 5-10 business days. Times may vary based on your location and postal service performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances. New subscribers will receive their first letter in the next available mailing cycle following their subscription date.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your product order has shipped. If applicable, it will contain your tracking number(s). We do have an internal tracking system for the letter subscription, and will be able to monitor lost or delayed letters.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
  • United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories)
  • We are not currently able to ship internationally.  Please contact me: michele@theconfidenttweenletterclub.com  for any questions about international shipping availability.
Digital Product Fulfillment
Digital products such as PDFs, downloadable resources, and online materials are delivered electronically via email and/or member account access. You should receive access within minutes of completing your purchase. If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at: michele@theconfidenttweenletterclub.com

Damages & Lost Packages
The Confident Tween is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Adding an image of the package will also be very helpful. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us if you still need assistance.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
